Attention: Contractors, Builders, Developers and Homeowners
Please download Heber Light & Power's specifications and diagrams for the following types of installations:
1. Underground Temporary power connections
2. Overhead Temporary power connections
3. Underground Power to Panel power connections
4. Overhead Power to Panel power connections
If the specifications are not followed, and a Heber Light & Power employee cannot connect the service, a Service Fee of $100 will be charged. The electrical connect will not be completed until the fee is paid in full and the proper corrections are made to the proposed service.

Overhead Service
Use this standard for services that will be fed overhead from a new or existing pole.

Underground Temporary Service
Use this standard for a temporary service that will be fed underground.

Padmount Underground Service
Use this standard for services that will be fed underground from new or existing padmounted transformer.
