Heber Light & Power is partnering with Outifi to bring our customers improved outage communication. When you call us at (435)654-2913 during an outage you may be instructed to leave a voicemail. Voicemails with details about an outage will go directly to the Dispatcher on duty to assist them in directing power restoration. All other voicemails will be addressed after the power is restored.

Two-way outage texting is coming in May 2025. Look for more details in our monthly newsletter and on your May bill. If you do not wish to receive important text or phone notifications related to your electricity service, please call (435)654-1581 or email customerservicesupport@heberpower.com to opt-out.
