Spring’s colorful blooms, budding trees, and wildlife are a beautiful reminder of why we love the Heber Valley. Spring activity also brings a seasonal spike in power outages as branches grow into power lines, birds nest on poles, and critters interfere with critical equipment.

New Outage Communications
During an outage, our System Operator gets flooded with calls and information while they work on power restoration.
To provide our best customer service, we have partnered with a company called Outifi who specializes in helping small utilities improve outage communication.

Changes to 400 Amp Service
The way we use energy and the way power is generated and delivered is changing. Everything today requires a charge- including electric vehicles, bicycles, and gadgets. We are changing our rate structures to encourage you to use electricity more efficiently.
